Please read this user agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") carefully to ensure that you fully understand and agree to the terms of this agreement. By registering, logging in, and using our products and services, it means that you have read and agreed to all the terms of this agreement.
2.1 In order to use our APP and related services, you need to register an account with a valid email address. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete personal information and update it in time when the information changes.
2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding the security of your account, including but not limited to keeping your username and password safe. If you find that someone else is using your account without authorization, please notify the company immediately. The company is not responsible for the loss of your account.
2.3 You can not use another person's account for any operations, nor provide your account to others. The company does not assume any responsibility for losses caused by account sharing.
2.4 If you need to recover your account, you need to provide appropriate supporting documents. Additional fees may be incurred for retrieval services, and the specific costs are subject to actual conditions.
3.1 To improve user experience and product functions, the company may provide OTA (Over-the-Air) upgrade services for APP and smart lawnmowers from time to time. During the upgrade process, please ensure that the device has sufficient power and a stable network connection to avoid device damage due to upgrade failure.
3.2 Users must follow the company's operating guidelines during the upgrade process. The company is not responsible for any equipment damage or data loss caused by the user's failure to follow the instructions.
3.3 The company will try its best to ensure the stability and security of the OTA upgrade, but it can not guarantee that there will be no problems during the upgrade process. If there is a problem during the upgrade process, please contact our customer service in time, and we will help solve it as soon as possible.
4.1 The company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate some or all of the services at any time. We may change, suspend or terminate the service in the following scenarios:
(1) Regular or irregular system maintenance, upgrades, and adjustments;
(2) Service interruption, restriction, or termination due to force majeure;
(3) Service adjustments caused by changes in laws and regulations;
(4) Service suspension or termination caused by your violation of this agreement;
(5) Other situations where the company deems it necessary to change, suspend or terminate the service.
4.2 If the service is changed, suspended, or terminated, we will notify you in advance if possible. You should understand and accept that the company is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by the change, suspension, or termination of the service.
5.1 The rights and interests generated by users in the process of purchasing and using the company's products and services, including but not limited to accounts, smart lawn mowers, etc., shall not be transferred, sold or otherwise transferred.
5.2 If you need to transfer rights and interests for special reasons, please contact the company and provide relevant supporting documents. The company will assist in handling according to the specific situation. Users need to bear the costs incurred during the transfer of rights and interests.
6.1 In order to better protect your privacy, we have formulated a detailed privacy policy. Please refer to our Privacy Agreement to learn how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using our products and services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
6.2 We may store your data on servers located outside your country of residence. By using our products and services, you agree with our processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.3 The company will collect satellite positioning information of the equipment through the smart lawn mower to realize functions such as equipment positioning and trajectory planning. When using the smart lawn mower and related services provided by the company, the user agrees and authorizes the company to collect, use and store the satellite positioning information of the device.
6.4 The company's smart lawn mower is equipped with a camera for equipment obstacle avoidance and boundary recognition. Through the camera, users can view the environment around the equipment in real time to ensure the safety of the equipment during mowing. The user agrees and authorizes the company to collect, use and store the processed image and video data collected by the camera to train AI in order to provide users with better services. The company will keep the collected data strictly confidential, and will not disclose it to any third party except as required by laws and regulations or prior authorization by users.
7.1 The company owns the intellectual property rights of the APP and its related services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and patents. Without our written permission, users are not allowed to copy, disseminate, modify or otherwise infringe our intellectual property rights on our products and services.
7.2 You agree to grant the company free, permanent and non-exclusive right to use any data, information, etc. generated by the user during the use of the company's products and services, so that we can analyze, improve and promote the relevant data and information.
7.3 Users shall not attempt to decipher, destroy or obtain technical information such as source codes and algorithms of the company's products and services through any means, including but not limited to reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation, and other means.
7.4 The company may use some open-source software in the process of providing smart lawnmowers and related services. We will try our best to ensure that these software are legally authorized and abide by relevant laws and regulations. If the copyright owner believes that the application cited by the company infringes on its legitimate rights and interests, please contact our customer service to lodge a complaint. After the company receives the rights complaint from the copyright owner, it will verify and deal with it within a reasonable time. If the existence of infringement is confirmed, the company will take measures such as removal and blocking within a reasonable time, and inform the copyright owner of the processing result.
8.1 The company does not guarantee that the APP and its related services will not be faulty, interrupted, or delayed. The company does not assume any responsibility for service interruption, restriction, or termination due to force majeure, network attack, system failure, maintenance and upgrade, etc.
8.2 The company is exempt from liability to the extent permitted by law for user losses caused by third-party software, hardware equipment, or service failures, upgrades, replacements, etc.
8.3 The company will try its best to ensure the safety of the products and services provided, but can not guarantee that the products and services are absolutely safe. When using the company's products and services, users should take reasonable protective measures to prevent data loss, damage, or leakage.
8.4 Accessing the Company's products and services via an Internet connection using a mobile device may incur additional connection charges. Users should bear the resulting costs.
8.5 Before using this product or service, the user should carefully read the relevant instruction manual and ensure correct operation. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by improper operation, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions for use by the user.
8.6 The user shall use the product within the scope specified in the relevant instructions. The product or service shall not be used in military, medical, and other special fields without the company's express permission. If the user uses this product or service in the above-mentioned fields, the company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising therefrom.
8.7 The company will collect the satellite positioning information of the equipment through the smart lawn mower to realize functions such as equipment positioning and trajectory planning. Users should ensure that the smart lawn mower is used in an open space so that the device can receive satellite signals normally. If the device is in a closed or heavily shielded area, the positioning signal may be interfered with, affecting positioning accuracy and device performance.
8.8 The company's smart lawn mower and related services may not be applicable to some mobile devices. When purchasing and using the company's products, users should ensure that their mobile devices are compatible with the company's products. If the user's mobile device is not compatible with the company's products, the company will not bear any responsibility.
8.9 For user losses caused by force majeure or other uncontrollable reasons (including but not limited to wars, strikes, riots, government actions, natural disasters, etc.), the company is exempt from liability to the extent permitted by law.
8.10 On the premise of making reasonable commercial efforts, the company shall be exempt from liability to the extent permitted by law for user losses caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions or outbreaks, network provider technical adjustments or failures, government regulations, etc. .
9.1 We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. If this agreement changes, we will publish the new agreement on the APP or official website. Users who continue to use the company's products and services after the agreement is changed are deemed to accept the new terms of the agreement.
9.2 If you do not agree to the new agreement terms, please stop using the company's products and services immediately, and contact us to cancel the account.
10.1 The signing, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the place of registration.
10.2 If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the interpretation or performance of this agreement, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit in the court with jurisdiction at the place of registration.
11.1 Some clauses in this agreement may become invalid due to changes in laws and regulations or other reasons, but this does not affect the validity of other clauses and the overall effectiveness of this agreement.
11.2 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms of this Agreement.
11.3 If any content in this Agreement conflicts with the laws and regulations of your country/region, you shall abide by the laws and regulations of your country/region. In this case, the part of this Agreement that conflicts with local laws and regulations will be adjusted appropriately within the scope permitted by law to comply with the requirements of local laws and regulations.
11.4 This agreement takes effect from the date you successfully register and start using the company's products and services, unless you or the company terminate this agreement, or the company terminates the provision of products and services to you.
